T51 will be based out of Southeast Michigan and will be focused on buyback reduction actions. He/She will have experience in providing data to identify the “Top 5 Issues” and reduce roadblocks that prevent the vehicle from being repaired.
The Priority Repair Specialists – T5I will “plug” into the Tech Advisor ecosystem as it exists today and work closely with all stakeholders to reduce buybacks by ensuring that the Top 5 Issues are focused on key markets.
The Priority Repair Specialists – T5I key tasks include but are not limited to:
Project management, leadership experience and the ability to bring various stakeholders together to fix specific issues
Have the capability to identify the Top 5 impactful issues to be reviewed with Customer
Provide weekly progress and status reports
Motivate internal and external stakeholders to improve process, deliver solutions, and achieve expected results
Minimum Qualifications Include:
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms
Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
Familiarity of Stellantis products and services is a plus
Ability to remain calm and professional and handle challenging situations while adapting to changes in products and policies
Ability to work well with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions
Ability to manage disagreements and resolve disputes between team members
Ability to analyze data and create custom reports
Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stay highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous while delivering results.
