In this role, you will be responsible for fiberglass and gel coat repairs on hulls, decks, and small parts, helping ensure every boat meets our high standards of craftsmanship and finish.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Inspect parts and surfaces to identify required repairs</p><p>· &nbsp;Repair gel coat surface defects such as scratches, voids, and surface distortion</p><p>· &nbsp;Use grinders, sanders, buffers, drills, and other specialty tools to complete repairs</p><p>· &nbsp;Mix and apply gel coat and/or resins in accordance with product specifications and safety guidelines</p><p>· &nbsp;Perform spot gel coat spraying as needed</p><p>· &nbsp;Follow all safety protocols, material handling procedures, and disposal guidelines</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Previous experience with gel coat and/or paint repair preferred</p><p>· &nbsp;Experience working with fiberglass or in auto body repair is a plus</p><p>· &nbsp;Familiarity with mixing gel coats and/or paints with activators</p><p>· &nbsp;Working knowledge of repair tools including sanders, buffers, and spray equipment</p><p>· &nbsp;Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><br>This position requires regular physical activity, including but not limited to:</p><p>· &nbsp;Climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.</p><p>· &nbsp;Working in awkward positions or confined spaces for extended periods</p><p>· &nbsp;Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment</p><p>· &nbsp;Exposure to heat, cold, dust, fumes, and occasional outdoor conditions</p><p>· &nbsp;Exposure to materials such as acetone, resin, fiberglass, putties, glues, and cleaners</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Work Here:</strong> We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, paid time off and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and a team-oriented environment focused on craftsmanship and innovation.</p><p><br></p><p>Please note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.</p>",
