If you have any questions, feel free to ask during the interview process!</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Electrician is responsible for installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial electrical industry.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Specific responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for assigned field installations, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.</li>\n <li>Work within an established time frame and ensure that this work is done in conformance with quality work standards, project man-hours, and in the established company guidelines and within regulatory compliance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt, and reports to the Foreman or Superintendent.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma.</li>\n <li>4 or more years of experience.</li>\n <li>Must be able to report to assigned job site location on time as directed.</li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of OSHA.</li>\n <li>Clearly understand and comply with company/job safety (OSHA).</li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Properly implement grounding practices</li>\n   <li>Transformer Protection/Connections</li>\n   <li>Insulating Oils & Overcurrent Protection</li>\n   <li>Parallel circuits</li>\n   <li>Fuse Operate Circuit Breakers</li>\n   <li>Motors</li>\n   <li>Inductance and Capacitance Power</li>\n   <li>Switching Procedures</li>\n   <li>Terminations</li>\n   <li>Blueprints/Shop Drawings, including symbol use.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Maintain and properly store tools, equipment, and/or materials.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Electrical Journeymen license.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Travel Requirements</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>As required by job assignment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.</li>\n <li>Ability to work 10 hours per day, night shift, 40 hours per week and overtime as required with little or on short notice.</li>\n <li>Job may require working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain, and/or wind.</li>\n <li>Must be able to utilize provided construction site sanitary facilities. (Porta-Johns).</li>\n <li>Must wear personnel equipment at all times.
