Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. </li>\n <li>Greets and welcomes each guest seated in assigned station.  </li>\n <li>Takes food and beverage orders, delivers prepared food promptly, and checks with table periodically to ensure guest satisfaction. </li>\n <li> Maintains current and accurate information regarding menu (i.e., preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients, and plate presentation).  </li>\n <li>Suggests items to guests based on expressed guest preferences.  </li>\n <li>Up-sells appetizers, beverages, and desserts in accordance with restaurant service standards. </li>\n <li> Correctly enters food and beverage orders into the POS system to ensure accurate preparation of product. </li>\n <li>Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. </li>\n <li>Itemizes, totals, and presents check for payment to correct customers.  </li>\n <li>Assists bus persons, as necessary, in bussing, cleaning, and setting tables.  </li>\n <li>Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station. </li>\n <li>Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.  </li>\n <li>Deep cleans restaurant equipment (tables, chairs, booths, soda and juice dispensers, coffee machines, etc.) as scheduled, or required; operates and maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures. </li>\n <li>Completes assigned side work as directed. - Knows and promotes current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas. </li>\n <li> Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker.</li>\n <li> Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. </li>\n <li>Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service. </li>\n <li> Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 19 years of age. </li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li>\n <li> Minimum two (2) years of food server experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. </li>\n <li> Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. </li>\n <li> Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n <li> Must have knowledge of table service procedures and table etiquette. </li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li>\n <li> Available to work required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li>\n <li>Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. </li>\n <li>Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. </li>\n <li> Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. </li>\n <li>The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
