Assist customers as necessary to ensure their satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES program with each patron and employee you may meet.</li>\n <li>Greet all guests and assist our guests as necessary to ensure their satisfaction and return to the casino.</li>\n <li>Provide security on assigned security posts: maintain high visibility; handle problem situations; watch for safety hazards; aid in medical situations if required. </li>\n <li>Patrol buildings and grounds of the facility as directed. </li>\n <li>Stand watch at assigned security posts to oversee the comfort, safety and security of our guests.</li>\n <li>Provide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credits. </li>\n <li>Assist customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc. </li>\n <li>Provide special assistance to disabled patrons, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Monitor all entries and exits from soft count, and vault, and maintain logs of these activities if required.</li>\n <li>Dispatch other officers to various assignments and maintain activity log sheets. </li>\n <li>Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations, ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal control, and policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Must be knowledgeable of all special events and promotional activities available to guests.</li>\n <li>Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.</li>\n <li>Must work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must always demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all departments/company policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Follow all cleaning, sanitation, and PPE position specific guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position has no supervisory responsibilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>Qualifications </p>\n<p>To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be fluent and literate in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.</li>\n <li>Work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li>\n <li>Ability to work as part of a team and to promote cooperative approach between departments.</li>\n <li>Ability to work unsupervised</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p>\n<h1>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
