Together, our global staff help students from around the world develop the language skills they need to achieve their dreams.</p><p><strong>Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>As an Activity Leader</strong>, you will lead our on and off-campus activities and tours for our EF Language Abroad program students with the support of your campus team. You will engage with students on-campus, ensuring they receive the best customer service and support during their stay with us, while enjoying the best activities and events your campus location has to offer. Activity Leaders are part of the Activities Team, reporting directly to the Activity Manager. These roles are offered on a full-time, flexible basis that will involve evening and weekend shifts (Monday to Friday shifts: morning and/or  afternoon and/or evening plus Saturday and/or Sunday full day).&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our current open activity leader positions are:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Summer activity leader for students aged 12-16:</strong> for 7-8 weeks from mid June to mid August 2026</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Group Excursions:</strong> Lead groups of international students on a variety of activities and day trips</li><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Create a lively atmosphere during excursions, delivering excellent customer service and crafting truly memorable and joyful travel experiences</li><li><strong>Safeguarding: </strong>Take responsibility for the health and safety of all students, always adhering to EF policy and procedures during risk&nbsp;assessments and emergency situations</li><li><strong>Activity Development: </strong>Research new destinations to expand our exciting and culturally immersive tours</li><li><strong>Teamwork:</strong> Liaise with co-leaders and the Activities Team to discuss how to improve future activities and&nbsp;give a thorough handover after each activity or event to aid future planning</li><li><strong>School Spirit:</strong> Attend and assist the School Team with large events including Graduation Ceremonies</li><li><strong>Upholding School Policy:</strong> Ensure the EF Student Code of Conduct and local laws are followed at all times, informing the management&nbsp;immediately of any misconduct</li><li><strong>Other tasks: </strong>As requested by the Activity Manager, such as preparing events or accompanying underaged students to doctor's visits</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Full fluency in German (reading, writing, speaking)</strong></li><li>Working fluency in English (reading, writing speaking)</li><li>All additional languages are a plus!</li><li>Someone who is approachable, friendly, and handles challenges with positivity!</li><li>Someone who enjoys working with the age group 12-15 and can take responsibility for their safety and well-being</li><li>Innovative and detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude</li><li>Highly organized, able to use initiative and work unsupervised</li><li>A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential</li><li>Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!</li><li>Full working rights in Germany</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><strong>About EF Education First</strong></i></p><p><i>At EF we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
