      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>\n<p>Own the program for scaling the hardware products. Oversee operations, planning, and execution of production.&nbsp;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>This role will combine both tactical and strategic planning to ensure lines stability</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Report on daily, weekly, and monthly in both cross functional meetings and written update on metrics required to scale the product including triaging issues as they occur</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Leverage Zoox knowledge across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure line stability and meet the demand plan&nbsp;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor weakness in supply chain such as Memory component,&nbsp; component availability, manufacturing readiness, release dates / cut-overs and capacity planning.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, test engineering, procurement, and supplier quality teams to support ramp readiness.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Communicate overall engagement, project status, and risk clearly to management, calling out key issues. Develop options as needed for resolution with the cross-functional teams</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Support engineering and supply chain teams, by ensuring testing equipment milestones and first article approvals are included in the production plan.</p>\n</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor's degree</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>10+ years of combined relevant experience in the following domains: hardware manufacturing and supply chain management</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Working knowledge of in an ERP systems and PLM Systems</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with manufacturing process engineering, or product development environments</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent project management skills, including planning, communicating with stakeholders, setting expectations, problem-solving, and prioritizing</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Knowledge of and experience using various program management methodologies, practices, and tools to lead cross-functional projects to deliver high-impact strategic initiatives</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated strong conceptual and planning skills to analyze projects of broad and diverse scope and size</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Exceptional communication skills: demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and impress effectively at various levels and to lead without formal authority&nbsp;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to travel up to 10%</p>\n</li>\n\n</div>"
