Education courses across multiple modalities, including online, hybrid, and face-to-face (f2f).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Successful candidates will be committed to high quality instruction, inclusive pedagogy, and the effective support of diverse student populations, including first generation students, adult learners, multilingual students, and students from historically Compliance&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ol><li>Support activities that ensure compliance of accreditation rules, regulations, and mandates.</li><li>Comply with all policies and requirements of the College as set forth in the Faculty Handbook.</li><li>Ensure all safety rules are posted and followed in lab areas.</li><li>Ensure that all activities are conducted in an ethical and legal manner.</li><li>Identify and implement best practices to demonstrate Standards of Excellence as defined by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.</li><li>Maintain the highest level of field; degree preferred for certain disciplines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience teaching or integrating Institutional Student Learning Outcomes (ISLOs) into curriculum.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Curriculum development or course design experience in higher education.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, D2L).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with digital literacy, generative AI, or instructional technology tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to collaborate effectively with instructional designers and project teams.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><br></p><p><em><span style=\"font-size: 11px;\">Pennsylvania Institute of Technology shall, in its discretion, modify or adjust
