    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><i>First Solar reserves the right to offer you a role most applicable to your experience and skillset.</i></p>\n<p>Basic Job Functions:</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Complete the day-to-day reliability operations and test in Reliability Lab in a safe manner to ensure that the product meets performance and warranty commitments without failure under ambient outdoor exposure extremes.&nbsp; Support Reliability Engineers with multi-task assignments related to second source supplier qualifications, product reliability monitoring, product/process qualification programs and test/equipment development.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Education/Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (Electrical preferred) OR</li>\n <li>Associates Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred) OR</li>\n <li>High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in First Solar lab environment as a contractor.</li>\n <li>Calibration/testing/measurement experience is an added advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Skills/Competencies:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic ability using tools and operating equipment required.</li>\n <li>Ability to learn the basic operation of simulators required.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a forklift required.</li>\n <li>Must have good glass handling skills.</li>\n <li>Must possess good communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to follow directions and use work instructions.</li>\n <li>Must be motivated to work independently.</li>\n <li>Must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities when a test or equipment faults.</li>\n <li>Must be able to analyze data enough to determine if testing was run properly.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to analyze data to determine if results fit inside a control plan.</li>\n <li>Must be able to follow control plan OCAP steps if module seems to be out of spec.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to select and run the correct recipes for testing across multiple tools.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to locate a module in a test plan and determine the measurements needs and next test for that module.</li>\n <li>Must always be organized and keep a clean and orderly work area.</li>\n <li>Basic experience using electrical test and measurement equipment desired.</li>\n <li>Proven communications skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, SQL is a plus).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Good team player. &nbsp;
