Partnering with cross-functional teams, this role drives sales excellence, fosters brand loyalty, and cultivates world-class customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader who educates, motivates, and empowers their team to exceed goals while embodying the RH brand.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets</li>\n  <li>Ensure all Team Members are trained in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies to deliver an extraordinary customer experience</li>\n  <li>Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards and timelines</li>\n  <li>Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business</li>\n  <li>Maintain elevated brand standards in all aspects of merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interactions</li>\n  <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales, operations, and customer service initiatives</li>\n  <li>Uphold operational excellence by ensuring compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings</li>\n  <li>Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through exceptional leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement</li>\n  <li>Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applications</li>\n  <li>Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, using proper equipment and safety techniques</li>\n  <li>Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom</li>\n  <li>Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>",
