We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to lead system-level architecture and technical direction by bridging complex customer requirements with robust, production-ready designs. As a pivotal member of the Customer Solutions Team, you will define scalable architectures, optimize system performance, and influence internal product roadmaps using real-world deployment insights. A strong background in vehicle networking—specifically across CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and related protocols—is essential, as you will be responsible for designing and optimizing in-vehicle communication systems. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend deep architectural strategy with hands-on engineering expertise to deliver high-impact, tailored solutions that align with diverse deployment environments and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for customer engagements, from requirement analysis to system design and deployment strategy
Work directly with customers(OMEs/Tier1/Partners) to understand technical and business requirements, and define tailored, production-ready solutions.
Drive technical proposals, solution positioning, and architecture recommendations aligned with customer needs and deployment environments
Lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews with customers and partners
Define and optimize system-level architecture across multiple ECUs, such as HPC, Gateway, TCU, and domain controllers
Lead the design of scalable and high-performance in-vehicle communication architectures
Drive system-level optimization across CPU, memory, and network throughput
Architect and integrate vehicle networking solutions using CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and hybrid network topologies
Design and optimize Ethernet switch configurations, including VLAN, QoS, traffic prioritization, and Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN)
Implement and optimize networking protocols such as SOME/IP, DDS, UDS, DoIP, MQTT, TCP/IP, and HTTP(S)
Influence internal product architecture and roadmap based on customer requirements and field experience
Contribute to industry standardization efforts such as AUTOSAR, Open Alliance, and related automotive networking initiatives
Support system integration, debugging, and performance tuning in real vehicle environments
Troubleshoot complex system-level issues across software, network, and platform layers
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture, APIs, integration guidelines, and performance benchmarks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (MS preferred)
12+ years of experience in automotive software, embedded systems, or networking domains
Proven experience in system architecture design, including defining scalable and production-ready solutions
Strong hands-on experience with vehicle networking technologies and in-vehicle communication systems
Deep experience with CAN / CAN-FD and Automotive Ethernet
Strong experience with automotive protocols such as SOME/IP, DDS, UDS, and DoIP
Solid understanding of Ethernet fundamentals and advanced features, including TSN, VLAN, and QoS
Strong programming experience in C/C++ and familiarity with Python or scripting languages

Proven ability to debug complex system-level issues across software, network, and platform layers
Experience working directly with OEM or Tier-1 customers in technical or solution-oriented roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-facing solutions
Desired Skills:
Experience with Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architectures
Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR, QNX, or Android Automotive
Knowledge of Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) standards
Knowledge of network security technologies, including TLS, MACsec, and SecOC
Experience contributing to AUTOSAR, Open Alliance, or similar industry standardization bodies
Familiarity with CodeBeamer, Jama, or other ALM tools
Proficiency with Git, Python, and shell scripting
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build systems such as Jenkins and CMake
