list-style-position: inside; margin-top: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px;\"><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspfirst\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Operates most of the equipment in the Machine\nShop, including but not limited to conventional Lathes, Mills, CNC Lathes and\nCNC Milling Machines with a moderate amount of guidance from more experienced\nemployees.</li><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Able to understand basic programming and to make\noffset changes as needed to maintain quality parts.</li><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Sets-up machines with minimum amount of\nassistance from more experienced employees.</li><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Cooperates and provides information to\nco-workers and customers when asked technical questions being careful to refer\ndifficult questions to more experienced employees.</li><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Continues to learn more complex operations from\nmore experienced employees.</li><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Maintains accurate and legible time sheets as\nwell as production time records on all projects and jobs.</li><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Wears prescribed safety equipment and observes\nall safety rules and regulations.</li><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Measures parts using measuring instruments\ntypically found in a Machine Shop.</li><li class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-indent:-18px;\">Maintains a clean and organized work area.</li></ul><p class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\">&nbsp;</p><p align=\"center\" class=\"msolistparagraphcxspmiddle\" style=\"text-align:center;\">JOB\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;
