Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We are seeking a <b>Mainframe Developer</b>&nbsp;to build and enhance core applications supporting&nbsp;mutual fund / financial services&nbsp;processing. This is a&nbsp;development-focused&nbsp;role on&nbsp;IBM z/OS,&nbsp;working in an&nbsp;Agile&nbsp;environment to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions for high-volume, business-critical systems. You will be hands-on with&nbsp;COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2, owning delivery and support for business-critical services that power investor solutions workflows. This role is located in&nbsp;Westborough, MA.</p>\n<p><b>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain&nbsp;mainframe applications using&nbsp;COBOL&nbsp;in&nbsp;batch and CICS online&nbsp;environments.</li>\n <li>Engineer and support data access and persistence using&nbsp;DB2&nbsp;and&nbsp;VSAM, ensuring performance, reliability, and integrity.</li>\n <li>Develop/maintain&nbsp;JCL&nbsp;and integrate processing with&nbsp;Control-M</li>\n <li>Build/support integrations using&nbsp;NDM (Connect: Direct)&nbsp;and&nbsp;sFTP, ensuring secure and reliable movement of files with internal/external partners</li>\n <li>Provide&nbsp;production support&nbsp;(incident triage, root-cause analysis, remediation) for mission-critical processing.</li>\n <li>Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver enhancements across the mutual fund transfer agency lifecycle (orders, trading, settlement, reporting, regulatory).</li>\n <li>Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support QA/UAT to ensure correct and stable releases. Drive&nbsp;release execution, implementation readiness, and post-release validation.</li>\n <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews/retros) and deliver sprint commitments</li>\n <li>Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team<br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced certifications in mainframe technologies are preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** - Typically 5-9 years of experience.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience with COBOL (Enterprise COBOL), DB2 for z/OS, CICS, VSAM, JCL, Control-M</li>\n <li>Solid working knowledge of: TSO/ISPF,&nbsp;SDSF. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $145,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
