Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Regional Physician Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) recruiting process for different position types (i.e., PRN, part-time, full-time) for Prime hospitals’ and medical groups across the company. This individual must be able to move at a very fast pace, possess strong organization skills and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This position is onsite at Resurrection Medical Center</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-DW</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p>\n<li>3-5 years of professional physician recruiting experience.</li>\n<li>Required to travel throughout region to meet with potential physicians</li>\n<li>Experience drafting physician contracts</li>\n<li>Experience in recruiting physicians for employed positions.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with physician compensation models.</li>\n<li>Experience recruiting passive candidates.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, time management and outstanding negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced and team environment.</li>\n<li>Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.</li>\n<li>Strong written/verbal communication skills.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field</li>\n<li>Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment</li>\n<li>Work well in high-pressure situations and a dynamic work environment</li>\n<li>Experience in recruiting physicians for employed position</li>\n<li>Experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting</li>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800.00 to $101,712.00 on an annualized basis.
