This team of specialized engineers has extensive experience in designing and constructing various temporary works. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here to find out what drew Isabel to the Construction Engineering group.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides constructability and technical design input on temporary works construction designs to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Designs and drafts construction methods for temporary works (falsework, shoring, temporary bridges, formwork, slopes, etc.), ensuring completeness and accuracy with regulatory standards and within the contract specifications.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews personal and peer design elements to optimize project constructability, cost effectiveness and material quantities.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts forensic analysis for post-construction items to support claims mitigation and dispute resolutions.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Submits design for peer review or approval review in an accurate and timely manner to avoid construction delays on the project site. Seals personal and team designs following approval review.      </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural or related Engineering field required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional Engineering License (PE/PENG) required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven knowledge of AutoCAD, RISA suite, LARSA and MathCAD required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven knowledge of temporary works construction practices and constructability innovation techniques.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven success with creative, innovative and optimization strategies for construction challenges.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Proven interpersonal skills used to defend, clarify and explain construction strategies and designs  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Clear, concise and efficient technical writing skills used in calculation packages.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to self-prioritize and track individual work with limited oversight.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able and driven to mentor developing engineering team.
