Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams will ensure project objectives and stakeholder contentment fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership skills, exceptional communication capabilities, and a track record of effectively managing projects in remote environments. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include but not be limited to. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability. Coordinate project activities and resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and contractors. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management. Conduct regular project meetings and reviews to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and make necessary adjustments. Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and requirements. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices. Requirements Strong organizational skills to effectively define project scope, develop plans, and coordinate activities, an individual needs to possess excellent organizational abilities to keep various aspects of the project on track. Exceptional communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate is essential for collaborating with stakeholders, assigning tasks, updating team members, and reporting project status to senior management. Proven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Technical Requirements Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs RAM: 16 GB minimum 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min) USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally) Benefits Compensation & Growth At WorkBetterNow, we believe in rewarding commitment and supporting long-term success.
