font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Construct the project in accordance with plans, schedule, specifications and standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Lead subcontractors and field employees on a jobsite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Lead project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Work alongside the Project Manager(s) to manage the project schedule, budget and staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and maintain the project schedule utilizing scheduling software; prepare two-week look ahead schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Recommend ways to reduce cost, improve schedule dates, decrease project scope and improve the quality of the project</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure project documents are accurate, timely and in compliance (i.e. closeout documents, submittals, daily logs, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58);
