This is a remote work opportunity, MartianCraft is a fully remote company. You must thrive in a fast-moving work environment, be able to adapt to changes quickly, anticipate business needs, and be effective with minimal structure and process. The broad range of applications and team members makes excellent communication skills a priority. This position will require reviewing code of other developers and providing written feedback as well as mentoring and coaching opportunities.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span> SwiftUI will be an essential component of this role and we require multiple years of experience in developing and deploying SwiftUI Apps.  </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">This remote position will require travel every 8-12 weeks for onsite work in the United States. Only US Citizens (residing full-time in the United States) and Canadian Citizens are eligible for this opening. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span>Build advanced applications in Swift and SwiftUI</span></p>\n<p><span>Review code from other developers and provide feedback</span></p>\n<p><span>Assist with mentoring and training junior developers</span></p>\n<p><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features</span></p>\n<p><span>Integrate with existing APIs and data sources</span></p>\n<p><span>Unit-test code for usability, reliability, and robustness</span></p>\n<p><span>Fix bugs and improve application performance</span></p>\n<p><span>Interact directly with client teams to determine requirements and task prioritization</span></p>\n<p><span>Use project management tools like GitHub Issues, Monday, or Jira to organize work</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span>At least 5 years of software development experience on Apple platforms</span></p>\n<p><span>Able to quickly become familiar with large, complex code bases</span></p>\n<p><span>Highly skilled in Swift and SwiftUI</span></p>\n<p><span>Small development team leadership </span></p>\n<p><span>Strong experience with SwiftData</span></p>\n<p><span>Experienced with Git</span></p>\n<p><span>Familiar with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions</span></p>\n<p><span>Excellent proactive verbal and written communication skills</span></p>\n<p><span>Able to collaborate effectively with teams</span></p>\n<p><span>Able to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines</span></p>\n<p><span>Ability to travel (all expenses paid) every 8-12 weeks for meetings and onsite work</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Additional Beneficial Experiences</span></p>\n<p><span>Previous experience in the Oil and Gas or other Energy Industries</span></p>\n<p><span>Experience working with Artificial Intelligence implementations</span></p>\n<p><span>Client relationship management skills</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>This is a full-time employment position with a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision/Rx insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>This position is also available as a full time 1099 Contract position if preferred by the applicant. </span></p>",
