Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.</p><p><strong>How you’ll contribute&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>A&nbsp;Registered Nurse, RN<strong>&nbsp;</strong>who excels in this role:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.</li><li>Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.</li><li>Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).</li><li>Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).</li><li>Assesses learning needs and delivers age/culture-appropriate patient/family education.</li><li>Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.</li><li>Participates in performance improvement and required continuing education.</li><li>Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may take on-call assignments.</li><li>Maintains regular and reliable attendance.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p>Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
