    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>We are currently hiring a seasonal <strong>Server </strong>at Brewings &amp; Eats.<br>&nbsp;</div><div>Provides the Dogfish experience to all guests by providing superior service, serving delicious food and drink, and imparting a heap of brand knowledge. Serves responsibly: observes and manages guests’ enjoyment of alcohol while in our company.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>What You'll Brew:&nbsp;</strong></div><div><ul><li>Provides timely service that enhances guests’ experience &nbsp;</li><li>Takes food/beverage orders and keys them into IPAD and sends to kitchen/bar &nbsp;</li><li>Collects order from kitchen/bar, places on trays, and serves to patrons &nbsp;</li><li>Computes bill and accepts payments using Square Up for restaurants POS system off IPAD mini &nbsp;</li><li>Requests proper identification from customers when legal drinking age is questioned&nbsp;</li><li>Removes empty or dirty glasses, plates, and bottles/cans and returns them to bar or kitchen &nbsp;</li><li>Performs daily/nightly side work duties assigned by direct manager &nbsp;</li><li>Suggestively sell beer/food items to customers&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>What Ingredients You'll Bring:&nbsp;</strong></div><div><i><strong>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></i></div><div><ul><li>Experience in a fast paced restaurant environment&nbsp;</li><li>High School Diploma or GED&nbsp;</li><li>1-2 years experience as a server or food/beer runner in a Tap Room desired</li><li>Certified Beer Server or willingness to complete certification&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Level:</strong> 10&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $4.25 per hour.
