    "description": "<p><strong>Residency </strong></p>\n<p>The Journey residency is designed to see the next generation of church leaders grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. We believe that you were created on purpose and for a purpose! Allow us to come alongside you to learn what you were created for and what your next steps in ministry look like to get there. We're excited to invite you to a fast-paced experience working hands-on with our incredible Journey staff. Think God is calling you towards ministry?
