This role involves sourcing and submitting resumes to the client; understanding their needs, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful recruitment of candidates to fill those needs; in addition to handling client check-ins onsite at the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have one to two to three years minimum of experience in the staffing industry and be bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with a diverse applicant and client base.
