    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">We're looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team in Boise, Idaho!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>PMR Healthcare is seeking motivated, experienced part-time Medical Assistant (MA) or <span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10)\">Licensed Practical Nurse (</span>LPN) to join our team.  </span><span>The clinic provides primary care, occupational, and emergency medicine to PMR's client's employees and their families. </span><span>You will work under the guidance of a practice manager and physician.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scheduling &amp; Communication: </span><span>Professionally answer the phone and emails following PMR policy to schedule patients, follow-up on specialist appointments, or refer inquiries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patient Preparation:<br></span>Welcome patients, check them in/out of appointments, and complete patient intake </li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support Patient Care:</span> Help the providers during examinations; preparing laboratory specimens; performing basic laboratory tests on the premises; prepare fit test, disposing of contaminated supplies; administering and dispensing medications on the premises; authorizing drug refills as directed; telephoning prescriptions to pharmacies; drawing blood; taking electrocardiograms; performing Spirometry, EKG, Visual Acuity, removing sutures; changing dressings.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinic Preparation: </span>Maintain a safe, clean work environment; refreshing and preparing exam rooms between visits and following procedures for inventory control. </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation:</span> Complete documentation specified by PMR with the EMR. </span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Update Professional Knowledge: </span>Maintain all required certification(s).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Hiring Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Certified Medical Assistant or <span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10)\">Licensed Practical Nurse (</span>LPN) , preferably with </span><span>1+ years of work experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Phlebotomy/blood drawing skills/experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Computer competency required </span></li>\n<li><span>Current BLS </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Self motivated; able to perform duties with minimal supervision</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong interpersonal skills; able to calmly respond to patient questions/concerns in a potentially stressful situation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">Training and Support</span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\"><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Employees will receive all necessary site-specific training, ongoing support, and medical direction directly from PMR Healthcare. </span></span></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Get To Know PMR Healthcare</span></p>\n<p><span>PMR Healthcare operates private clinics for employer groups across the country.
