Our facilities support high quality product manufacturing, and we provide a timely and flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We are actively seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Welding Department on 2nd Shift (core schedule, Monday through Thursday 4:00 pm to 12:30 am; Friday 3:30 pm to 12:00 am)</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Position and Duties May Include:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p><strong>SAFETY</strong></p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Ensures each member of his/her responsible Weld management team supports safety program by promoting safety, providing training opportunities and enforcing safety policies.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Track and monitor Associate safety to meet established target goals.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Apply three reality principles to all work related injuries and property damage.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p><strong>QUALITY</strong></p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Develops TQM fundamentals into daily management practices throughout the responsibility area of Weld Department.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Provides the leadership and supervision required to guide the efforts of the responsibility area of Weld team.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Root Cause should be identified and counter-measured (SNAP).</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Establish Daily, Weekly &amp; Monthly reviews and reflections using CAPDo.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p><strong>COST</strong></p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Supports the development and management of Weld Department budget and costs.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p><strong>DELIVERY</strong></p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Helps to establish and maintain production control and management standards.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Verifies that Associates are trained and are following operating standards.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Provide guidance to the development of a manufacturing plan, including manpower requirements, material needs, sub-contract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Coordinates Welding activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p><strong>MANAGEMENT</strong></p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Responsible for supervising assigned Team Leaders with 20 to 40 assigned Associates of Weld Department.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Attends daily overtime meeting and reviews production schedule along with production numbers to determine which production lines will be to be scheduled for overtime.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Provides guidance and mentorship to assigned Weld Department team members to ensure a high level of work satisfaction, technical advancement, and progress towards individual career goals.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Audits the process flow of product through assigned area to ensure production is on schedule and meeting cycle time expectations.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Audits that assigned associates have received expected operating training and are following outlined operating and quality standards.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Supports production Associates and fills in to perform duties as required.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Implements current best practices to manage and build a high-performance team.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Demonstrates ability to work independently with little or no supervision.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Ensures that current team and company initiatives, mission, goals and values are clear to each team member.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Responsible to ensure company communications are delivered and understood by Associates. Our facilities support high quality product manufacturing, and we provide a timely and flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers.\\r\\n\\r\\nWe are actively seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Welding Department on 2nd Shift (core schedule, Monday through Thursday 4:00 pm to 12:30 am; Friday 3:30 pm to 12:00 am)\\r\\n\\r\\nJob Position and Duties May Include:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t\\r\\n\\tSAFETY\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Ensures each member of his/her responsible Weld management team supports safety program by promoting safety, providing training opportunities and enforcing safety policies.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Track and monitor Associate safety to meet established target goals.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Apply three reality principles to all work related injuries and property damage.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tQUALITY\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Develops TQM fundamentals into daily management practices throughout the responsibility area of Weld Department.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Provides the leadership and supervision required to guide the efforts of the responsibility area of Weld team.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Root Cause should be identified and counter-measured (SNAP).\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Establish Daily, Weekly &amp; Monthly reviews and reflections using CAPDo.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tCOST\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Supports the development and management of Weld Department budget and costs.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tDELIVERY\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Helps to establish and maintain production control and management standards.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Verifies that Associates are trained and are following operating standards.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Provide guidance to the development of a manufacturing plan, including manpower requirements, material needs, sub-contract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Coordinates Welding activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tMANAGEMENT\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Responsible for supervising assigned Team Leaders with 20 to 40 assigned Associates of Weld Department.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Attends daily overtime meeting and reviews production schedule along with production numbers to determine which production lines will be to be scheduled for overtime.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Provides guidance and mentorship to assigned Weld Department team members to ensure a high level of work satisfaction, technical advancement, and progress towards individual career goals.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Audits the process flow of product through assigned area to ensure production is on schedule and meeting cycle time expectations.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Audits that assigned associates have received expected operating training and are following outlined operating and quality standards.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Supports production Associates and fills in to perform duties as required.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Implements current best practices to manage and build a high-performance team.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Demonstrates ability to work independently with little or no supervision.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Ensures that current team and company initiatives, mission, goals and values are clear to each team member.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Responsible to ensure company communications are delivered and understood by Associates. Communicates upward to appropriate person any Associate concerns and issues.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot; Reports all SMQCD results with production Associates daily at Start-Up meetings.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&middot;
