You ability to make an impact is limited only by your passion and creativity.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h1>Description of Primary Responsibilities</h1>\n<p>As a member of the dental team, this position is involved in the following duties:</p>\n<li>Perform dental procedures on patients according to ADA standards.</li>\n<li>Supervise/manage/train dental department staff, including residents assigned by executive leader.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Dental Provider Duties:</strong></p>\n<li>Interpretation of radiological images to prepare and execute patient treatment plans.</li>\n<li>Provide patient dental education with assistance from interpreters as needed.</li>\n<li>Document services on fee slips and in the electronic dental record within 72-hours of patient visit.</li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed to ensure positive patient outcomes.</li>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Clinical Duties:</strong></p>\n<li>Assist with the training of new dental assistants.</li>\n<li>Supervise dental staff in absence of other leadership.</li>\n<li>Consult on the purchase of new dental equipment.</li>\n<li>Perform composite restorations</li>\n<li>Perform silver amalgam restorations</li>\n<li>Perform simple and surgical dental extractions</li>\n<li>Treat patients with moderate to severe dental infection.</li>\n<li>Perform root canal therapy procedures.</li>\n<li>Fabricate complete and partial dentures.</li>\n<li>Upon successful completion of approved training programs, privileging and credentialing, responsible for the administration of orthodontia, pediatrics and/or implant treatment plans.</li>\n<li>Participate in chart audits and quality assurance evaluations.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n<li>Promotes a positive work culture and upholds clinic policies and procedures, including the WE CARE standards of Behavior.</li>\n<li>Must uphold confidentiality at all times in regards to CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient health information and other proprietary information specific to CBHA.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Professional and Technical Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<p>Maintain authoritative skill and knowledge in the principles of sound dental practice.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>License and Certification:</strong></p>\n<li>Licensed to practice dentistry in Washington State.</li>\n<li>Must have a DEA license.</li>\n<li>Possesses CPR certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.</li>\n<li>Possesses AIDS education or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.</li>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p>\n<p>Ability to prepare basic correspondence and simple reports in Microsoft Office Suite.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Communication:</strong></p>\n<li>Ability to provide effective communication of information in written (including electronic) correspondence.</li>\n<li>Ability to provide effective communication of information during informal and formal verbal presentations.</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical information to co-workers and others.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please click here for an overview of our General Description of Benefits</p>",
