          "text": "<p>The On-Site Learning Coordinator&#xa0; at Uncommon will be a part of the High School Dean of Students Dean team working to ensure that all students demonstrate dramatic student achievement gains and internalize the school’s values. This individual will be responsible for specific culture initiatives and discipline systems for our off-site learning program as assigned by school leadership to help create a positive, structured, consistent, caring, and disciplined school culture.</p><p><strong>Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare daily&#xa0; for OSL scholars by creating and maintaining communication systems with on-sight Deans of Students at each campus</li><li>Create and implement Off-Site learning program that help students reflect on their behavior</li><li>Manage the On-Site Learning classroom daily, including communicating with teachers, school leaders and families</li><li>Distribute and monitor work that students are completing during On-Site Learning</li><li>Assist DOS when no students in On-Site Learning</li><li>Meet weekly with manager for feedback, goal-setting, coaching/practice, collaboration and problem-solving of discipline issues and concerns</li><li>Utilize Kickboard and Microsoft Excel to monitor and analyze behavioral data of students.&#xa0; Create action plans to address gaps in data</li><li>Meet with Deans of Students monthly to collaborate on student action plans</li><li>Other projects and initiatives as determined by the Principal and Regional Superintendent of Instruction (e.g. on-site student support, collaboration with social workers and SPED coordinators)</li></ul>",
