Source, screen, and qualify candidates for manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, skilled trades, and professional positions. Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments to determine qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Develop recruiting strategies to increase applicant flow and build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS. Monitor recruiting metrics including applicant flow, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes. Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, onboarding documentation, and new hire communication. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide regular recruiting updates. Represent Impact Workforce Solutions at job fairs, hiring events, community outreach programs, and workforce development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or human resources. Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proven success sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies. Manufacturing, industrial, logistics, warehouse, or skilled trades recruiting experience preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance best practices preferred. Work Environment & Schedule This is an on-site position based in Canonsburg, PA. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with flexibility as business needs require.
