Both offices are part of our growing group practice and share the same commitment to exceptional patient care, strong teamwork, and a positive work environment. During the interview process we will work with you to identify which location is the best fit based on your experience, schedule, and proximity.</p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Provide skilled chairside assistance during a wide range of general dentistry procedures including composites, extractions, and crown preparations</li><li>Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories between patients</li><li>Take and process digital X-rays accurately and efficiently</li><li>Create a warm, comfortable experience for every patient from check-in to checkout</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in the practice management system</li><li>Collaborate with the front office team to support smooth patient flow throughout the day</li><li>Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standards</li></ul><p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Active Texas RDA license required</li><li>Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a general dentistry setting required</li><li>Radiology certification preferred</li><li>Strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for patient care</li><li>Professional, dependable, and a collaborative team player</li><li>Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience with dental practice management software preferred</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experience</li><li>Health and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Two conveniently located offices in the Dallas/Garland area</li><li>Supportive, team-first culture</li><li>Growth opportunities&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Full-Time</li></ul>",
