          "text": "<p><strong>We are currently seeking to fill an existing vacancy on our team.</strong></p><p>PRT Windsor is seeking a <strong>Nursery Supervisor </strong>to manage daily operations for our container seedling production. You'll assist the Nursery Manager in <strong>strategic planning and implementation </strong>across all phases, from seed stratification and field preparation to planting, crop management, harvest, and logistics. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the future of forests from our beautiful North Carolina location.</p><p><strong>What will YOU be doing as a Nursery Supervisor?</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Nursery Manager with <strong>strategic planning and implementation </strong>of seed stratification, field preparation, fertilization, soil fumigation, and planting.</li><li>Oversee <strong>all cultural activities </strong>for quality seedling production, including irrigation, pesticide/fertilizer applications, and inventories.</li><li>Manage <strong>fall harvest and logistics</strong>, including finalizing inventories, coordinating with contract labor, and ensuring strong customer communications.</li><li>Maintain all <strong>nursery equipment, buildings, and grounds </strong>to prevent downtime and foster good housekeeping.</li><li><strong>Communication &amp; Culture: </strong>Foster strong working relationships by communicating with honesty, respect, and a spirit of teamwork.</li></ul>",
