From idea conception through development, production, and shipment; every team member plays a crucial role ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of these American-made products.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Enjoy a 4-day work week, 10-hours a day (Monday&ndash;Thursday 6:00am and 4:30pm).&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Additional hours may be required during busier times</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>What You Will be Doing:</strong></p><p>Perform all tasks involved in the production of assembling parts, inspection, and operating hand and power tools. Follow standard work instructions and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. &nbsp; Employees may work in other departments in production as needs require.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Performs assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools</li><li>Must have basic computer skills</li><li>Clock in and out of work orders</li><li>Ability to read work orders and work instructions</li><li>Complete proper paperwork daily</li><li>Place finished goods in the designated locations</li><li>Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li><li>Performs other related duties and assignments as required</li><li>All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned including training others on known processes</li></ul><p>Hose Responsibilities/Duties:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Measure and cut hose for stock by hand</li><li>Operate cutting machine</li><li>Cut set of test hoses for quality (see work instructions) every morning.</li><li>Pull and burst samples, re-work samples if not up to standards.</li><li>Inspect fittings, hoses and other parts</li><li>Apply epoxy to brass fittings</li><li>Salvage brass fittings</li><li>Assemble gaskets and valves into barbs</li><li>Weigh and measure completed barbs</li><li>Operate tying machine</li><li>Push ferrules onto hose</li><li>Require using some of machinery: Labeling machine, crimping, cutting, bending, tying machines, gasket and valve feeder, pallet jacks, and scales</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform different functions using both hand and power tools</li><li>Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as needed</li><li>Computer skills to perform clocking in and out as well as clocking in work orders</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate orally or in written form with co-workers cross-functionally</li><li>Proficiency in reading and writing in English</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated and can work independently</li><li>Must be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Will have a thorough knowledge of all manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment.</li><li>Planning: ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment</li><li>Syteline ERP system knowledge</li><li>Proficiency in reading and writing in English</li></ul><p><br><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Where and How You Will Work</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>On-site Engagement and Collaboration:</strong></p><p>This role works on-site in Bloomington, MN, where your direct contributions will make a real impact.
