    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Position Summary:</span></p><p>Responsible for individualized client services provided in a community/residential setting. &nbsp;Duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating client behaviors and outcomes while ensuring appropriate levels/type of services are provided.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in; margin-right:0in;\" id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Position Description:</span></span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">With close supervision; conducts interviews and administers assessments and screening instruments</li><li>Maintain caseload and productivity by ensuring regular contact with clients to monitor and assess progress</li><li>Write service plans, review progress and determine updates needed in collaboration with client</li><li>Utilize core correctional practices while assisting clients in effective community re-integration</li><li>Deliver ongoing services to clients which may include crisis intervention, advocacy, medication monitoring, transportation assistance, financial budgeting,housing assistance,and referral and linkage to community resources as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable standards and agency policies</li><li>Document all clinical activities to meet specific program, funder, and regulatory criteria timely and with accuracy</li><li>Participate in team meetings and assist in making recommendations for client status changes</li><li>Lead educational groups and/or facilitate group curriculum</li><li>May require transportation of clients&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols,rules and regulations</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Ability to learn case management principles and core correctional practices</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Demonstrate strong ethical and professional behavior. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to relate to and interact with a wide variety of people in an ethical, culturally sensitive and respectful manner</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task while prioritizing</li><li>Ability to utilize technology including electronic service documentation system</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Job Requirements:</span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in behavioral science, Criminal Justice or related field or equivalent work experience as allowed/required by regulatory bodies</li><li>May require CDCA or other specialty certification</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Essential Functions/Physical Demands:</span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned.
