This person also serves as an assistant to HVACR Senior Service Technicians and HVACR Service Technicians when work demands more than one person. This person performs work dispatched to them by the Service Manager and/or Service Coordinator. This person maintains thorough and accurate records of all work performed, and clearly communicates the status of work with appropriate parties. This person may be responsible for maintaining a fully equipped service vehicle which they will take home at night. We also offer Educational Reimbursements for your continued education.</li>\n <li><strong>Top-Tier Health Insurance</strong> – Choose from excellent options, including a FREE employee-only plan.</li>\n <li><strong>Dental & Vision Coverage</strong> – Prioritize your overall health with added benefits. <em>Starts after your first 30 days!  </em></li>\n <li><strong>Supplemental Insurance Options</strong> – Access Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, and Supplemental Life coverage.</li>\n <li><strong>FREE Life Insurance</strong> – Coverage equal to your annualized pay at no cost to you.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) Retirement Plan</strong> – Secure your future with a 50% match on the first 6% of your contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Generous Time Off</strong> – Recharge with 7 paid holidays, and Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n <li><strong>Extra Perks -</strong> Discounts on Travel, Auto, Food and many more.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min Compensation</h2>USD $20.00/Hr.\n<h2>Max Compensation</h2>USD $30.00/Hr.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Driving company vehicles to and from home, branch office, and job sites as necessary.</li>\n <li>Maintaining light-commercial and commercial HVACR equipment and controls.</li>\n <li>Assisting Service Technicians on the inspection and repair of light-commercial and commercial HVACR equipment and controls.</li>\n <li>Purchasing parts and tools necessary for work from local wholesalers.</li>\n <li>Coordinating and communicating with job team members when present. </li>\n <li>Coordinating and communicating work status with jobsite customer representatives and/or property managers.</li>\n <li>Maintaining complete, accurate, and timely job records in order to keep office well informed of work status.</li>\n <li>Following schedules and tasks set by the Service Manager and Service Coordinator.</li>\n <li>Following all workplace safety, quality, and productivity standards set by Lead Service Technician. </li>\n <li>Following all service procedures set by customer service staff including IVR check-in, backup paperwork, and picture documentation.</li>\n <li>Participating in training and testing programs as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school equivalency required.</li>\n <li>EPA Certification required.</li>\n <li>NATE ICE certification required.</li>\n <li>English language speaking and writing proficiency required. </li>\n <li>Experience working in a construction business preferred.</li>\n <li>General proficiency with smart phones, computers, tablets, and their related software preferred. </li>\n <li>General proficiency with computers, tablets, and their related software required.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain light to moderate physical activity for an 8 hour period in outside environments with exposure to sun, wind, rain, heat, and cold required.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform more strenuous physical activity including extended overhead work in ceilings, crawling and working in tight spaces, and periodically lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs. required.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel away from home for multiple days at a time preferred.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.</li>\n <li>Standard hours are 8:00AM – 4:30PM but employee should be prepared to work up to 50 hour weeks when workload demands it.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
