Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That’s why we need you, a network engineer who knows how to develop the exact network the Intelligence Community needs. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a network engineer on our team, you’ll use your skills in network design and architecture to help support the nation’s defense and respond to evolving adversaries. You’ll develop enterprise-wide infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll apply your knowledge in network architecture as you join our team of problem-solvers to help modernize our mission critical infrastructure. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your knowledge of emerging technologies will come in handy as you help optimize client operations and modernization. Using your experience in Cisco hardware, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients on mission-critical projects. Using your technical curiosity and knowledge of industry standards, you’ll make an impact on national security missions.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Grow your career with us as we help secure our nation’s defense.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>You Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role</li>\n <li>Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, or VPN</li>\n <li>Experience with configuring and managing network devices</li>\n <li>Experience with network topologies, including LAN, WAN, and cloud networks</li>\n <li>Experience with network performance analysis and troubleshooting techniques</li>\n <li>Knowledge of network security best practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and encryption technologies</li>\n <li>Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, or Nagios</li>\n <li>TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph</li>\n <li>HS Diploma or GED</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Nice if You Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>15+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree</li>\n <li>Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, or similar</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> </p>\n<p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em></em>Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $72.12 to $110.58 per hour.
