The new dining experiences will bring De Laurentiis’ signature fusion of classic Italian cuisine and modern California influence to the Chicagoland region.</p>\n<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>The Host serves as the face of the restaurant and plays a critical role in setting the tone for the overall dining experience.The Host is responsible for creating a welcoming, high-energy first impression for guests in a celebrity-branded, upscale restaurant environment. This role manages reservations, seating flow, and guest communications while delivering exceptional hospitality that reflects the restaurant’s elevated brand standards.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage reservations and waitlists using reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable or similar systems)</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate seating to ensure balanced service flow and optimal table turns</p></li>\n <li><p>Accurately estimate wait times and communicate updates to guests</p></li>\n <li><p>Escort guests to tables and provide menus</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and lobby area</p></li>\n <li><p>Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage large parties and VIP guests with professionalism and discretion</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate effectively with management, servers, and kitchen staff</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with coat check, special accommodations, and guest requests</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor dining room capacity and adhere to fire and safety regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Support team members during peak business periods</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous host or guest service experience preferred (fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience a plus)</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Professional appearance and demeanor</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Comfortable managing high-profile or VIP clientele</p></li>\n <li><p>Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
