As a Quality Director (Helicopter Business Unit) , you will provide strategic leadership for the business unit quality function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and customer expectations. You will lead quality strategy, drive continuous improvement across repair and overhaul operations, and ensure product safety, reliability, and performance. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership, engineering, and operations to embed quality across the full product lifecycle. As an industry leader, StandardAero is partnered with approved OEMs worldwide allowing us to go through the helicopters entire lifecycle from airframe assembly, engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), upgrades, custom solutions, all the way through to the sun-setting of your programs. We are committed to providing the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer service to more than 3,000 military, commercial and private operators in over 85 nations. For over a century, customers have relied on StandardAero as the industry experts for operational efficiency, innovation, and custom MRO solutions. Our Winnipeg facility provides full MRO services for 6 different engine lines (Arriel 1 and 2, M250, RR300, PT6T and PW200) across 3 OEMs (SAFRAN, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney Canada).
