Both <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">shop technician</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mobile diesel mechanic</span> positions are available.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diesel engines</li>\n<li>Fleet maintenance</li>\n<li>Heavy-duty truck repair</li>\n<li>Bus repair</li>\n<li>Preventative maintenance (PM)</li>\n<li>Electrical systems</li>\n<li>Hydraulics</li>\n<li>Brakes and driveline systems</li>\n<li>Mobile service repair</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel trucks and buses</li>\n<li>Perform preventative maintenance inspections and services (PMs)</li>\n<li>Repair and maintain diesel engines, brakes, drivetrains, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems</li>\n<li>Read technical manuals and repair documentation</li>\n<li>Remove and replace parts efficiently within standard repair times</li>\n<li>Complete accurate service and repair documentation</li>\n<li>Maintain clean and safe work areas</li>\n<li>Operate mobile equipment and perform road service calls when needed</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with drivers, operators, and team members</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines</li>\n<li>Assist with parts inventory and supply management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of heavy-duty diesel or fleet maintenance experience</li>\n<li>Ability to diagnose and repair diesel systems</li>\n<li>Ability to read and write in English</li>\n<li>Ability to work overtime as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diesel Technology Certification or Trade School Training</li>\n<li>CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)</li>\n<li>Experience with fleet maintenance software and diagnostics</li>\n<li>Experience with multiple makes and models of trucks and buses</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p>Ideal candidates will have knowledge of:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diesel engine repair</li>\n<li>Electrical diagnostics</li>\n<li>Hydraulics</li>\n<li>Brake systems</li>\n<li>Power transmissions</li>\n<li>Driveline systems</li>\n<li>Preventative maintenance programs</li>\n<li>DOT inspections</li>\n<li>Mobile diesel repair</li>\n</ul>",
