More ways to build a career that moves you forward.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Elite Acura</strong>, is part of fast-growing <strong>Group 1 Automotive</strong>, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add qualified <strong>Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk</strong> to join our team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate any last-minute pick-up or deliveries.</li>\n <li>Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.</li>\n <li>Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.</li>\n <li>Keep an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Request recipient's signature on each delivery entry.</li>\n <li>Help maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.</li>\n <li>Checks in all stock orders upon receipt.</li>\n <li>Notifies the parts manager of any parts that are received damaged or missing from any type of order.</li>\n <li>Receipts in all special-order parts.</li>\n <li>Maintains a special-order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their parts.</li>\n <li>Maintains back-order file.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1-2 year’s related experience in an automotive parts department preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and work ethic.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well in a process driven environment.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Compensation: The pay for this position is $16 - $19 per hour</strong> \n<strong>What We Offer:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Time-Off</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Employee Vehicle Purchase Program</li>\n <li>Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul> \n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
