This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about patient safety, regulatory excellence, staff development, and ensuring the highest standards of medication administration and clinical oversight.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The RN AMAP Supervisor provides clinical oversight and supervision of AMAP-certified staff responsible for medication administration in accordance with West Virginia regulations. This position ensures safe medication practices, regulatory compliance, staff competency, and consistent nursing oversight within residential and behavioral health treatment settings.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The RN AMAP Supervisor plays a critical role in safeguarding patient care, reducing medication risk, and maintaining compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clinical Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide nursing supervision and oversight of AMAP-certified staff administering medications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with West Virginia medication administration laws, AMAP regulations, and organizational policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor medication storage, documentation, and administration procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review medication errors, incident reports, and corrective action plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote safe medication practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Staff Supervision &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Train, evaluate, and supervise AMAP personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct competency validations and annual skills assessments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide coaching and education regarding medication administration and health-related procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered care.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct medication audits and chart reviews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain required documentation for licensing reviews, inspections, and accreditation surveys.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Investigate and report medication-related incidents in accordance with state and organizational requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support ongoing readiness for Joint Commission and regulatory surveys.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Care Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary treatment teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor patient health status and medication effectiveness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support updates to treatment plans related to medication and nursing needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate clinical concerns proactively to leadership and treatment team members.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in West Virginia.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of West Virginia AMAP regulations and medication administration standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to pass background screening and drug screening.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
