          "text": "<ul><li>Three years&#xa0;experience in the addiction field</li><li>A two year community college diploma in health or social services with an addiction concentration, and/or complemented by other recognized academic credentials in addiction studies</li><li>A combination of academic credentials and relevant experience will be considered</li><li>Demonstrated screening and assessment skills regarding appropriateness of non-medical withdrawal services</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the effects of withdrawal from alcohol and other substances</li><li>Current CPR/First Aid certification</li><li>Current non-violent crisis intervention training</li><li>Core knowledge and skills for withdrawal management training is an asset</li><li>Knowledge of the substance abuse treatment system in Ontario</li><li>Knowledge of gambling treatment is an asset</li><li>Knowledge of second language(s) and ethno-cultural diversity issues preferred</li><li>Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work with other agencies and/or organizations</li><li>Demonstrated verbal, written and computer skills</li><li>Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration</li><li>Excellent attendance and punctuality</li><li>May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites</li><li>Basic computer skills</li></ul>",
