Other duties may be assigned as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Product Roadmap Grooming</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Receive, review, and research incoming feature requests and engineering initiatives submitted for roadmap consideration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work directly with requestors to clarify and validate the underlying need, ensuring requests are well understood before moving forward</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assess and organize requests at the feature level, shaping them into clearly defined roadmap items ready for business priority evaluation — not low-level task or sprint planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Brief engineering leadership on prioritized roadmap items, providing clear context on the request, submitter intent, and relevant background to support high-level effort estimation and feasibility review</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">New Product Introduction (NPI) &amp; Engineering Change Notice (ECN)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead end-to-end project management of NPI and ECN initiatives, owning the full release lifecycle from initial engineering change through to market delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate and drive cross-functional workstreams to ensure all functions are aligned, prepared, and delivering against release milestones</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a master release plan that captures dependencies, timelines, and accountabilities across all impacted teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify and mitigate risks to release timelines or quality across any function in the release chain</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Drive continuous improvement in NPI and ECN processes to reduce release friction, improve cross-functional efficiency, and enhance product quality at launch</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Solutions Team Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support and collaborate with the Solutions team manager to keep the team resourced and aligned with engineering and business goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Serve as an escalation point for complex integration or customer engineering issues requiring cross-functional alignment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with Product Management to groom the roadmap for 3rd-party integrations, partnerships, certifications, and drivers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at TrueNAS.
