    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title</span>: Compressor Station Field Operator.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department:</span> Operations</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location</span>: OML-30</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports to</span>: Flow Station Team Lead.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY</span>:</p>\n<p>To monitor operational parameters in the field and routine logging of the same in the respective log-sheets.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Close monitoring of GDM for lift gas injection optimization.</li>\n<li>Shutdown and start up the respective systems whenever it is required.</li>\n<li>To interact with control room as regards operational parameters of the area during regular operations, start-up and shutdowns</li>\n<li>Top up oil and cooling systems and monitor on-line chemical injection systems where applicable.</li>\n<li>During shift changes, supply all the necessary information to the incoming team to maintain or improve the plant performance.</li>\n<li>Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly checks and maintenances as per schedule.</li>\n<li>Immediately inform the Control Room Supervisor, Operation team Lead or Plant Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, and/or Maintenance team about any abnormality.</li>\n<li>Before starting maintenance works, adequately condition the systems to prevent any accident or spills by system isolation and Lock-Out Tag-Out. During the work, monitor and at completion, assure that conditions are acceptable to re-start normal operations, as well as housekeeping of the area.</li>\n<li>Identify, report and if possible, correct unsafe conditions.</li>\n<li>Maintain areas in the best possible conditions of Safety, Order and Cleanliness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATION:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key skill and qualification for this role</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to learn new operational innovation.</li>\n<li>Willingness to accept more responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Basic computer user skill</li>\n<li>Basic practical understanding of the maintenance and operational requirements for oil and gas related equipment.</li>\n<li>Familiar with the terminology of the oil and gas industry</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of static and rotating equipment</li>\n<li>Good at report writing.</li>\n<li>Fluent in English (oral and written)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualification:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc/HNDiploma in science or engineering discipline</li>\n<li>Relevant experience may compensate formal education</li>\n</ul>",
