          "text": "<p>Position Overview<br>\nWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Extended School Year (ESY) Special Education Paraprofessional to support students with disabilities during the summer program. The paraprofessional will work under the direction of a certified special education teacher to help students maintain essential academic, behavioral, and functional skills outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide direct support to students in small group and one-on-one settings</li><li>Assist in implementing IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications</li><li>Support students with academic tasks, communication, and social skills</li><li>Reinforce instruction and practice skills introduced by the teacher</li><li>Assist with behavior management and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)</li><li>Help maintain a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment</li><li>Support students with daily living or functional skills as needed</li><li>Collect data and provide feedback to the teacher on student progress</li><li>Assist with classroom setup, materials, and organization</li></ul>",
