      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Translate awarded scopes and vendor selections into executable contracts, including scope definition, commercial terms, and contract structure</li>\n<li>Lead contract negotiations to align pricing structures, risk allocation, and commercial frameworks with project requirements</li>\n<li>Evaluate vendor proposals from a commercial perspective, identifying gaps in scope, pricing inconsistencies, and potential risk exposure</li>\n<li>Structure agreements with clear inclusions, exclusions, cost drivers, and financial terms to support accurate project execution</li>\n<li>Partner with Construction and Preconstruction teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and contractually aligned</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual considerations</li>\n<li>Prepare and route agreements through internal approval workflows to support timely execution</li>\n<li>Provide real-time commercial guidance to site teams during vendor engagement and proposal review</li>\n<li>Coach site leads on scope clarity, vendor comparison, and commercial best practices to improve decision quality</li>\n<li>Promote consistent use of templates, playbooks, and standardized contracting approaches to improve efficiency and scalability</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, including cost structure optimization and contracting efficiency</li>\n<li>Support end-to-end contract execution activities, ensuring alignment with internal systems and documentation standards</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
