This position involves daily cleaning, facility upkeep, light repairs, and general maintenance tasks throughout the school, church, and surrounding grounds.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, cafeteria, church, and common areas.<br></li><li>Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, stripping, and waxing as needed.<br></li><li>Perform routine maintenance and repair work such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and minor plumbing, electrical, or carpentry tasks.<br></li><li>Set up and break down spaces for school and parish events, assemblies, and meetings.<br></li><li>Ensure grounds and entryways are clean, safe, and free from debris or snow.<br></li><li>Monitor building systems and report larger repair needs to the Building Manager or outside contractors.<br></li><li>Organize maintenance supplies and equipment; notify the Building Manager when stock needs replenishing.<br></li><li>Assist with deliveries, moving furniture, and other manual tasks as requested.<br></li><li>Follow safety procedures and maintain a secure facility.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>Part -time, year-round position (29hrs per week)</li><li>Schedule: 8 pm-1 pm (Monday- Friday; occasional evenings/weekends for events)</li><li>$15-19 an hour<br></li></ul>",
