    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hunt Electric, Inc.</span> is seeking an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Revit Operator</span> to join our team. The Electric Revit Operator is a full time position with opportunities to grow and expand your knowledge in our VDC/Preconstruction team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Revit Operator</span> will work with internal and external teams comprised of engineers, BIM and Revit operators, General Contractors, Project Managers and Owners to produce high quality models and shop drawings for construction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop BIM Models - Create and maintain accurate 3D models of electrical systems including telecom, fire alarm &amp; security when required.</li>\n<li>Implementing BIM Execution Plan – Review and implement project specifications and BIM LOD’s, as well as following industry and company standards.</li>\n<li>Collaboration – Working closely with project managers, foreman’s and other project teams to coordinating and resolve design conflicts. Attending meetings when necessary.</li>\n<li>Project Documentation - Produce accurate and constructable plan sets, schedules and detailed drawings.</li>\n<li>Support– Assist and support of developing and maintaining project standards.</li>\n<li>Actively contributes to a positive team environment.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.</li>\n<li>Be a self starter.</li>\n<li>Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in working with BIM software including Revit, Navisworks or Revizto.</li>\n<li>Experience with electrical systems, ability to read a single line and plan sets.</li>\n<li>Ability to actively listen, understand, and respond to diverse perspectives.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to think critically, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.</li>\n<li>Working with cloud-based models.</li>\n<li>MS Office including Word and Excel.</li>\n<li>Autodesk certification or associate degree in AutoCAD/Revit drafting and design.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a full-time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Revit Operator</span>, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Hunt Electric</span></p>\n<p>Hunt Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical, technology, and infrastructure contractor with wide-reaching services available in a variety of markets.
