As an integral part of the Group Property Development team, you will be responsible for leading the design of acoustic solutions within the US for both standard and non-standard developments.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>1. Feasibility, Assessment &amp; Surveys</strong></p><ul><li>Support and inform US feasibility assessments through acoustic risk reviews and profiling of new and existing PureGym &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;properties.&nbsp;</li><li>Instruct appropriate, US site-specific acoustic surveys via a framework of external acoustic consultants.&nbsp;</li><li>Review US acoustic consultants’ recommendations and designs for compliance with PureGym specifications,&nbsp;best value and fit.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Consultant &amp; Supplier Management&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage US framework consultants and key product suppliers, ensuring services and materials delivered align with service level agreements.&nbsp;</li><li>When required, monitor, periodically review and rank the performance of US framework consultants and key material &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;suppliers.&nbsp;</li><li>Support robust procurement processes,&nbsp;including managing and renewing existing agreements, and selecting alternative or additional suppliers.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Acoustic Design &amp; Project Delivery&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Project-manage the US design process for bespoke and novel acoustic solutions for challenging, non-standard gym &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;developments, working alongside the Senior Acoustic Design Manager and internal/external designers.&nbsp;</li><li>Balance risk, cost and time considerations to&nbsp;make informed commercial recommendations on US acoustic design, including &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;opportunities to limit or exclude mitigation.&nbsp;</li><li>Input into cost management of US acoustic&nbsp;solutions, including creating and updating mitigation case studies.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Standards, Research &amp; Continuous Improvement&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Develop a working document of all relevant US&nbsp;acoustic standards for each State, City or Township as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuously research and develop improved&nbsp;noise mitigation solutions in the US and enhance optionality within the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;development process.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Existing Estate Support &amp; Complaint Management </strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>With support from the Senior Acoustic Design Manager, investigate, advise and report on noise/vibration complaints &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;affecting existing US PureGym properties, engaging relevant internal and&nbsp;external stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>6.
