          "text": "<p>BryceTech is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Headquarters Marine Corps Budget &amp; Execution Division in the development of financial plans, cost estimates, budget execution analysis, audit readiness initiatives, and financial system optimization efforts.</p><p>This position serves as a subject matter expert supporting Marine Corps financial management processes and enterprise financial systems.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop financial plans, forecasts, and cost estimates</li><li>Analyze financial requirements and budget execution trends</li><li>Support reconciliation and reporting activities across Marine Corps financial systems</li><li>Provide expertise regarding Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) business processes</li><li>Support financial reporting development within Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)</li><li>Evaluate financial management system integration opportunities and process improvements</li><li>Assist with audit readiness, internal controls, and financial statement support</li><li>Provide recommendations to leadership regarding financial management practices and corrective actions</li><li>Support analysis of execution data, USSGL transactions, and financial reporting requirements</li></ul>",
