Foster belonging and psychological safety while overseeing core supervisory responsibilities, including time-off approvals, performance evaluations, and supportive feedback. Celebrate differences and intentionally assign roles and responsibilities based on individual strengths, capabilities, and unique perspectives.</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects (e. g., digital banking enhancements, regulatory compliance audits, branch integrations) by choosing collaboration and partnership over silos.</li><li>Model trust and transparency by developing and maintaining a comprehensive project performance database to track milestones, share credit, and measure collective success.</li><li>Build unity across teams by coordinating cross-LCE intake, workflow, and execution processes, ensuring seamless experiences and efficient resource allocation.</li><li>Serve as a clear, intentional liaison between LCE leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring promises are kept and critical information is escalated with care.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to identify, monitor, and report on success measures that define impact by how well we serve our members and each other.</li><li>Elevate ideas that serve people by implementing automated reporting tools, standardized templates, and streamlined workflows to maximize productivity.</li><li>Create space to innovate within clear guardrails, using tools to help the team experiment, reflect, and purposefully adjust course when needed.</li><li>Proactively protect our community and members by identifying early warning indicators and risks within project timelines.</li><li>Show up and speak up to resolve escalated issues, providing ethical, recommended solutions that ensure all project components remain compliant, organized, and aligned with our commitments.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.</p>",
