    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Finance Consultant, Cloud ERP</span></p>\n<p>Full-time/Permanent<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: UK &amp; Ireland, work-from-home</span></p>\n<p>Travel Required: Must be available to travel to client sites as needed. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re growing our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Suite</span> team and are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Finance Consultant with a cloud mindset</span> to help deliver next-generation ERP solutions for organisations with £50m to £500m turnover. This role sits within our Cloud Business Suite practice, working with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for candidates who can thrive in an ERP cloud environment — people who understand how to help clients adopt standardised, scalable solutions, and who are comfortable working across a broad range of responsibilities. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP is valuable, but not required, as we are open to other Cloud ERP and finance platforms.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you’ve delivered cloud-based projects, are quick to adapt, and are keen to learn and develop, we’d be pleased to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>As a Finance Consultant in our  Business Suite team, you will:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead and support workstreams</span> on cloud ERP implementations, helping clients adopt fit-to-standard processes with an outcome-led delivery approach.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs</span> into scalable cloud-based solutions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Configure and optimise processes</span> across a wide range of operational areas, aligned to client goals and standard solution capabilities.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support clients</span> through training, testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live adoption to drive fast time to value.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams</span> to support broader project scope, where needed.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contribute to presales, effort estimations, and internal knowledge sharing</span> as the practice continues to grow.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>To succeed in this role, we are looking for demonstrated skills and proven qualifications in the following areas:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience delivering Cloud ERP implementation </span>projects in supply chain, professional services, and/or financial environments is desired<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">. </span>Preference for applicants with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, but also open to candidates with SAP ByDesign, SAP Concur, and SAP Business Suite.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strong customer-success mindset</span>, with experience to guide clients towards standard solutions, challenge unnecessary customisation, and focus on scalable outcomes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strong finance process knowledge</span>, ideally including AR, AP, invoicing, reporting, and analysis.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience in stakeholder engagement and enablement</span>, including leading workshop facilitation, stakeholder discussions, and end-user training.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agility to respond and adapt to changing requirements</span> within modern cloud delivery models, and to work across broader project scopes where needed.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commitment to continuous learning</span>, evidenced by SAP certifications and/or equivalent wider cloud learning initiatives (completed or in progress).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills</span>, with confidence to guide clients through project decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Why this role:</em></span></p>\n<p>This is an exciting and pivotal role for our growing Cloud ERP practice.
