As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Technology division, you will have the opportunity to impact your career and provide an adventure where you can push the limits of what's possible. You will play a key role in developing and deploying AI-promoten solutions, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Job responsibilities:
Develops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications Strong Engineering mindset and passionate for development and building an innovative culture Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals Ability to design and own end-to-end solution Highly adaptable to constraints and changes Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills. Takes personal initiative, conscientiousness and complete follow-through on the areas of responsibilities Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience. Hands-on experience 3+ in software development utilizing Java or Python based platforms for building mission critical enterprise applications Track record of working closely with business partners to make sure business requirements in the form of production release deliverables are met. Strong understanding of Microservice driven architecture, REST architectural style and RESTful APIs Experience working with the core Spring Framework, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud Proficiency utilizing Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools (e.g. Git, Subversion) for software development Working knowledge of container (Docker) and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Exposure to building AI/ML driven applications to drive business goals. Experience working in a fintech space Proficiency in Agile and SRE culture
